Oscar Visa provides independent support services related to visa and immigration matters for clients on an international basis. Our services may include guidance, documentation assistance, administrative support, and general information based on publicly available requirements.
Where requested by the client, Oscar Visa may also assist with ancillary travel-related arrangements such as flight reservations, accommodation bookings, or other travel documentation support. These services are provided at the client’s request and are separate from our primary services.
Oscar Visa is not responsible for any loss, cancellation, delay, amendment, non-availability, or price change arising from such arrangements, which remain subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third-party providers.
Oscar Visa does not provide immigration legal advice and does not act as a legal representative or agent before any embassy, consulate, or visa authority.
All visa decisions, approvals, refusals, and processing timelines are determined solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, visa application centre (VAC), or immigration authority. Oscar Visa has no control over, and does not influence, the outcome of any visa application.
While Oscar Visa provides support services to assist clients in preparing and organising their applications, no guarantee is given regarding visa approval, refusal, processing speed, interview waiver, appointment availability, or final decision. Any assurances or commitments relating to visa outcomes shall be valid only where explicitly provided by Oscar Visa in writing, through official communication channels, and clearly stated as such.
Processing times, requirements, and procedures may vary depending on the country, application type, and individual circumstances, and may change at any time without prior notice. Delays, changes, or decisions imposed by immigration authorities are outside Oscar Visa’s control and do not constitute grounds for complaint, refund, or liability.

Oscar Visa will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve such matters in good faith.
Only where a concern cannot be resolved through this internal process, or where a refund is not issued following review, may the client proceed with a dispute or chargeback through their bank or payment provider.
Once the due process of a committed service has commenced, including but not limited to the allocation of professional time, administrative work, document preparation, application support, or service coordination, the service fee shall be considered earned and non-refundable.
